Service system


 (A) Beneficiaries of farmer / farmer directly apply for irrigation facility at the unit office of the upazila.
(B) The unit department has submitted the application to the Upazila Irrigation Committee after scrutinizing the application.
(C) In order to utilize irrigation water for agricultural work in the work of irrigation irrigation, power tube pumps and floating pumps are provided for use of deep tube well, ground water for use of underground water based on the scheme submitted by BADC to the scheme managers.
(D) Based on the recommendation of the Upazila Irrigation Committee, the implementation of the activities of the district office / project department.
(E) District Irrigation Committee discusses the problem of implementation and provides necessary recommendations for resolving the problem.
(F) A project called Ashuganj-Palash Agro-Irrigation Project is being implemented in the district. Under this project, various Irrigation Infrastructure Sluice Gates, Saifun, Regulator, Taka Sankala, Canal Digging and Using Ashuganj Heat Power Plant is being used for cooling water irrigation.
(G) According to DPP's provision of the project, planting of different educational institutions, cemeteries and ashes planes have helped keep the environment balance.
(H) Old deep tube wells have been taken to collect and collect information from the group managers and for the installation of electricization, barid pipes, and activation of tube wells in the case of application.
(I) Through the program, irrigation is being expanded through the recommendations of the representatives of the people, by constructing various irrigation infrastructures and reclamation of canals. Farmers / group managers have been trained to increase efficiency in irrigation. As a result of this training, unprecedented success has been achieved in modern farming. At present, there are more than 2 (two) programs running in this district as above. If the program is implemented, irrigation facilities will be increased further. The overall development of crops will be achieved.
